Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Please contact us at support@audiobookgenesis.com to initiate a return.

Return Process

To request a return, please email customer service at support@audiobookgenesis.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return request, we will process your return within three (3) business days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Digital character credits that have been consumed in a generation job

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Character credits purchased on AudioBook Genesis are non-refundable. If a generation job fails due to a technical error on our part, we will restore the consumed credits to your account. We do not issue cash refunds for purchased or unused credits.
